Is my first time stay at the hotel, is great,I have a wonderful stay at the hotel with my family. My room was facing city view, cosy and at higher floor which met my request. The location was accessible to Bukit Bintang shopping malls by walking, however, the Chinatown is not within walking distance, will advice people to take either the shuttle transport provided by the hotel or take a taxi which cost u around RM4 to RM5 (walk out of the hotel lobby and flag the taxi at the roadside, not directly at the hotel as the taxi drivers will charge the tourist more. The location is also safer for tourists and family with children. The spa massage was great and the international dinner buffet at Swiss Garden Hotel was good too. The downside was probably the swimming pool which is really too small. Overall, the hotel and service staffs are pretty helpful and service oriented. However, the receptionist lack of that sunshine smile. Just opposite the hotel has a 24hour minimart which you can get cheap drinks and beer, and also there is a malay coffee shop just next to it which serve cheap, good and nice prata, tom yam noodles and mee goreng. Easy for people who wants to get supper or a quick dinner.
