Fantastic hotel. One of the biggest rooms in HK. The hotel gave me a free upgrade to a full harbor view room which was unbelievable. Room contained a fridge, internet, iron, iPod dock and bathtub. Service was courteous.

We stayed at the Island Pacific for 3 nights on our way back to Australia from Europe. The location of the hotel was away from the frenetic pace of Central and we enjoyed being in a local neighbourhood where very few spoke English but we still managed to make ourselves understood and had meals at the local cafes and restaurants. The staff at the Island Pacific were friendly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. We booked a harbour view room and watched the ferries and helicopters crossing the harbour. We got excellent value for the cost of our visit and would definitely stay there again.

From the moment I got there, I was treated well, staff were very helpful, in a friendly way, which is very good when you are in a foreign country. Courtesy goes a long way to make people feel comfortable. The service was impeccable always attentive to their customers.

Stayed here for 4 night and the staff was courteous, polite and very helpful from the moment we arrived up to the day we checked out. Room was a bit tight but we rarely stayed in. Great thing about the hotel was the shuttle that took us to HK/Central Station which made commuting easy. The shuttle runs for most of the day and when the shuttle was down, the hotel paid for the taxi to take us. The breakfast buffet was good too. Would definitely stay here again.

We would happily stay there again.The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful and they interacted well with each other. The room [executive harbour view] need minor upgrading [carpet, cracked hand basin, some light bulbs missing] The hotel has good harbour views but is not handy to Central, although the free shuttle works well. The software in the business centre should be upgraded- I couldn't open Microsoft docx word documents on their computer.

Fantastic shower. High pressure yet soft spray. Comfortable bed, choice of pillows, nice view of harbor. Room a little small, but not too bad. Drawbacks: Hotel food VERY expensive, WiFi overpriced, out of the tourist mainstream. Hotel pool and exercise room not very well maintained. But I booked well in advance, room price was 2/3 available rate at time of stay. Very good value for the money.
