This was a fabulous hotel in a great location for shopping and eating in KL. We were very impressed with the service at reception as we arrived very tired at 10am expecting not to get the key to our room until about 2pm but there was no need to even ask if we could have early check-in, we were given the cards for our room and up we went for a rest. I asked for a room with a view of the Petronas Towers and was given the choice to have a twin room instead of a kin so we could have the view we wanted. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, and the staff were very attentive filling cups and removing plates. The value for money was excellent and this was the best hotel we have stayed in in KL and we will certainly stay there again.

Good Location. But did not get a non smoking room. Overall a thumbs up. Will stay there next time when in KL.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is near the train station and the shopping mall. Breakfast is often pack so be early otherwise there isn't much left for the late-comers. The swimming pool was rather small for a good swim.

The location of the hotel is super. Near monorail and just opposite Bejaya Time Square. Also walking distance to Lot10 and lot's of food place easily found around the area.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is within walking distance of all the main shopping centres around Bukit Bintang area. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I were to visit Kuala Lumpur in future.

This hotel is great and room are spacious. I feel secured in this hotel as the lifts are using card access only. Infront is the Times Square so kids had lots of fun. only the breafast is poor (food & venue) as always too crowded and long queues...
