In general, it's value for money and the hotel location is very good. The safe at the hotel office is also efficiently operated. However, no safe inside the room is very inconvenient.

This hotel was most satisfactory for our requirements, and we would not hesitate to book again at the Citadel Inn Makati when we next visit the Philippines. My wife and my sister in law greatly enjoyed the hotel's swimming pool. The price was most reasonable also for a city centre hotel.

Hotel is old. Needs upgrading. Kitchenette sink drains very slowly. Courteous staff. Excellent nightlife. Cleaning staff cleaned my room everyday during my stay. Very satisfied. Will book again in the same hotel in my next visit.

For 1 , I found that all citadel employers were very kind and well spoken. 2,they even gave me the same room number as I book with you almost 2 years ago . 3 , very good mangement overall very nice people as some employers even remembered me. 4 , In genaral just made me feel very much at home. 5 , I have stayed in 5 star motels and would rather stay at citadel just because the staff are better than 5 star motels which made it a pleasurable stay thank you citadel.

Great place to relax. Air condition worked great. Nice hot plate for hot water too. This is the low rent district. $40 per night after rate, plus-plus. It is a great room for cost. Mac D's and Jolly bee are just down the street. It's the beginning of the "red light" street here. Take it for what it is. You dont bother them, they dont bother you. You will be approached anywhere in the Philippines. A polite no is all it takes. Its a nice walk to Arroyo/Glorietta Mall. A simple P7 jeepney will take you too. The elevator as many jobs, but it still is not too long a wait. Front desk is helpful and nice. A P1000 is required to hold while there. For any "iccidentals" Mostly they fear stained sheets. You can imagine the many ways to dirty them. Just dont and get your "deposit" back. Have fun, that's most important.
